I would also recommend Christine Braun of Century 21-Dallow. I have worked with Christine on a number of transactions and she is knowledgeable, courteous and very detail oriented. She is also an attorney so she really knows the ins and outs of the real estate transaction. She was also named as one of LIBORs "Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars" for 2012!
