Northport/East Northport: Internet predator
Extrapolated text from our principal:
recently become aware of an internet predator who is actively cultivating online relationships with students.
In at least one instance, the internet predator proposed a face to face meeting with a child. We are working with district security and attempting to gain the support of local police to address the issue.

I was very disturbed when I got the emails yesterday ... This is exactly why my younger DS is not allowed to have a facebook or anything of the sort yet ...
