superbowl party starting at 2:30...sufficient menu?

we have 9 adults and 3 kids i beleive coming.
SInce its starting at 2:30 im worried about having enough food for the whole day. this is what i was thinking

apps
chips/salsa
pigs in a blanket
bean dip
cheddar bacon dip
spinach artichoke dip
cheese/crackers/pepperoni

main dish
pulled pork sliders
cornbread
wings
buffalo mac and cheese
taco bar

dessert
oreo truffles
ice cream bar

thoughts?

Sounds good, but 2:30 is 4 hrs before the superbowl even starts. You're going to be feeding ppl for a long time.

i know, thats my problem, DH picked that time

maybe i should add an inbetween before main dish? figured i would do the main meal during the game

i'd add something fresh, like veggies and dip

you can also stagger the apps if you can't have the party start later - have chips and veggies out when people get there, and then slowly bring out the other stuff.

maybe you can add a pasta & salad before the game starts. simple and quick.

I would def try to push the time back. You will have people at your house for 7-8 hours. id lose my mind, lol!!

I don't think the issue is having enough to eat....I think you have plenty....but that is a very early start! Maybe more like 4pm would be a good start!
