Any good mommy and me's?
I live in Suffolk county. Any good Mommy and Me places? I have a 5 month old that just loves being sung to and being around music.

I have enjoyed mommy and me at st. matthew's in dix hills. It is catholic in terms of saying a little prayer with the kids and the crafts sometimes having a religious themeif you would be comfortable with that. But great people and a beautiful room and facilities for the kids. They have diffferent groups based on age and they even have a week long summer mommy and me. You dont have to be a member of the parish to join.

Also check out your local library. I went to a lot of music based programs with my infant and toddler.

I haven't been in awhile, but before DS was involved in school and other activities, I too used the library.
Often they had at least 2 activities per week that were music-based.
You often have to sign up in advance because they fill up fast, but they were free and DS had a good time.
I think in general, the library is a great resource for kids because they have so much going on for children of all ages.
Adults too ;).
