Congrats to all the ladies!!! Hope everyone is feeling well. I am happy to see some girls were finally thrown into an August full of boys!! I am team green and have a girl name but seeing all these boys makes me think I should start thinking of boy names!

I know how you feel I always knew I wanted to find out from the beginning but if your plan is to stay team green I say you just hold off on that!!! Besides during the level II they won't say the gender until the very end they look at everything else first maybe that can keep your mind off it! good luck on staying team

yay another team greenie! Our Level II is this Friday, I'll actually almost be 21 weeks, but we couldn't go last week, so a little more anticipation built up! lol I cannot wait to see LO again! 
Has everyone been feeling regular movement? I feel the baby mostly at night, but they've really progressed into rolling movements now, lots of action going on in there!

I haven't felt the baby at all and I'm almost 23 weeks. They told me I have anterior placenta so it's cushioning all the movements for now.

uggh did they tell you if you will feel anything at all eventually??? I hope you can feel something soon

Doing well! Booking my shower this week, feeling pretty good, baby's doing well, overall no complaints!
Side note: While looking at a shower venue over the weekend the banquet manager asked when I'm due. I said August 25th. He goes .. "Really??? That's going to be a BIG baby!!"   
I'm 5' tall and I guess look big for 20wks but really .. thanks for that  I love my bump! Between infertility, losses, and surrogacy, I began to accept the fact that I just may never have one again  I carry it proud, as ginormous as it may be for right now haha

aww I hate that doctors say that. Mine said that my baby will be 7-8lbs and Im freaking 5 feet tall im petite!! I of course got scared lol....but I know it will be worth it in the end it doesn't matter how big the baby is! you will get your prize in the end!!...

I was thinking invites should go out about 6-7 weeks before to give people time to shop, and have the RSVP maybe 2 weeks before the date. I am starting to have a lot of anxiety about how much we have to do!! We should be starting demo & construction on our house soon (our whole 2nd floor!!) and I am freaking out thinking about where we're going to put everything after the shower since I will be lucky if our rooms are even done before LO is here!!

We are just booking soon because we're also looking at June and it's such a busy time of year between weddings, graduation parties, etc... my friends have been asking when the date will be because their calendars are already filling up!
I think you need 6wks for the shower invites, but you can always tell people the date you choose so they can lock it down. It makes the time you actually send out the invites less important if people already know the date and can keep it open.

My surrogate asked me to run a 5k with her a month after my due date. I'm like ummmmm yeah you do know I plan on breastfeeding right?
I think I'd have to duct tape those babies  Not to mention that I'll be so out of shape then too.

Where are you doing yours? I think we're doing baci. There is NOTHING around here!

When will you ladies be painting, recarpeting (for those who are doing that) and getting the furniture in?
I'm thinking we will paint at 28wks and once that's done, we'll recarpet. In the meantime we still need to finish clearing out the room and the closet door needs to be fixed. As far as furniture, I haven't looked yet.
Ideally, I'd like to have the room done by 36wks, so there's time.
