d and c hysteroscopy

Sorry to intrude but a realative is having this procedure to remove a polup or fibroid is this procedure the same as what is needed sometimes after a miscarriage?

What was the recovery after?

yes basically a d&c (for lack of better terms ) 'cleans out' the uterus. The hysteroscopy is just a camera that goes in and looks for abnormalities.. scar tissue.. etc..

For me the recovery was nothing, just emotionally it was rough (but if she if did not have a loss, she will just be dealing with the physical recovery anyway). I was out shopping 24hrs after my d&c. It was my therapy.
