That stays on all night. We currently have a small fan which works but the room gets too chilly. Thanks

I have a white noise app on my kindle that can stay on all night.
It's called White Noise Lite.

I have this one too and my son loves it. It's very similar to how his a/c sounds in the summer. It's pretty loud and blocks out all background noise.
I think I saw them at BB&B recently so you could use a 20% coupon.

We basically have the same one, the only HUGE negative to this one
is DS is now 3 & we're on the 4th one. All of the ones that we've had short out. When you turn the knob the sound would cut in & out & only work if you got it in just the right spot.
Now it's not so much of a problem as it was when DS was younger & it would wake him up when it abruptly shut off....

I have one at work and one in baby's room. It is great!
Also the white noise lightly comes through the baby monitor so I hear it at night too!

I use the white noise app on my old ipod touch. life saver!!! They are currently sleeping to "running shower." When they were in our room, we slept to "ocean waves." my mom used to joke with us that when we all went to the beach we would all pass out.

Yep. It plugs in so it just runs and runs. It can also run on batteries if you wanted, and has timer settings (I think it's 10, 30, and 60 min, but not sure, as I've never used them).

Yep, that's the only reason I let DD have it! I wouldn't be able to sleep if I couldn't still hear it.

We use the iPod. I bought 2 white noise CDs for DS and just loaded them onto the iPod. We just keep it on the dock on repeat at night :)

We bought a Marpac Dohm White Noise Sound Conditioner off of Ebay for about $40 in excellent used condition. It has been wonderful and stays on all night!
