Nutritionist
Did anyone see a nutritionist during their pregnancy? I started out at a higher weight than I would have liked and I'm trying to be mindful of what I'm eating. I know if you start out with a higher weight, they'd like you to gain less. Did anyone see a nutritionist while they were pregnant for guidance?

I was told by my OB that I am gaining too much wait too fast. As a result she gave me a guideline of foods to eat, but I'm not seeing a nutritionist.

i've met with a nutritionist but only because i have gestational diabetes and it's required by my doctor's office to meet with her. she gave me some good tips on how to control my carbs and make good meal choices. i would guess that most doctor's offices have a nutritionist they could refer you to if you'd like to meet with somebody.
