Beta doubled and then didnt.. Any thoughts?
I found out thur i was prego with beta 163 n progesterone 25
Beta 2: 363 n progesterone 25 (sat)
Beta 3: 578 n progesterone 18 (today)
Im so nervous... They will do a sono on thur but what is there to see since im only like 4 weeks 3 days
Anyone experience with a rise but not doubling n progesterone dropping? im emotionally n mentally drained from this. Thanks

Don't worry my numbers never exactly double. It went from 77 to 142 or something like that. My RE had said they consider 40% increase a "double" so don't worry your numbers sounds fine.

Thank u for ur response! I just cant help to think the worse n now i have to wait till thur to see dr n discuss. What about my progesterone goin from 25 to 18... That doesnt seem good either right?

Your progesterone will fluctuate until the placenta takes over and produce it at 10 weeks. As long as your progesterone doesn't drop below 7 you are ok. It has to be above 4 in order to maintain a pregnancy but less then 7 my RE increase the dosage. Mine went as low as 6.4 and once I increased my dose it went right back up so you are in a good place.

I wouldn't worry... with DS my betas didn't double and I was super nervous but had a healthy DS.

The numbers still look ok. And yes, like pp said, your progesterone will fluctuate.
You are right though sono prob won't show much.
ETA: 4w3d today and you found out last Thursday you are pregnant?

Last period was march 22.. Iui april 4.. Im 5 weeks today i believe. (Y am i having trouble figuring this out lol) I had sono and all was good. We even saw the start of the yolk sac.. Goin back next thur for another sono.
