i'm seriously thinking of getting a sports massage at this place.
has anyone tried it?

I haven't had a sports one, but I have been to H&S for a regular massage (& cold stone face one)
The one by me was your typical massage.

I liked it when I tried it. It's like most places in that it depends on the therapist. I usually ask for deep tissue.
