risotto question
I always use white onion when making risotto but DH bought a red onion instead. Would the red onion be okay or do I need to go out to the supermarket and buy the white one??

I've used white, yellow, red, and even shallots. I'm sure it will be fine.

You could do red onion. I personally prefer shallots.
