leg exercises
my biggest problem is my legs. I really need to tone them. Is there any work out I can do at home after my kids go to sleep. I don't have time to run or go to the gym. I don't have a treadmill. What can I do? I am not happy with my legs!

Squats, lunges--there are so many varieties of these you can do including using an exercise ball.
This is a great workout that I do in the studio and my legs and glutes have improved greatly over the last few years.
