Um can I come??
Sounds great! I would do some kind of apps though- even if it's just chips and dips or cheese and crackers, maybe shrimp cocktail. Just something. Maybe that's because apps are always my fave. I'd also make sure the hero was half chicken and/or add chicken/veggie kabobs or some kind of grilled vegetables.

I'd add cole slaw and a regular tossed salad with dressing on the side.
I don't think you need another pasta salad since you have mac & cheese.

Okay I made some adjustments
What's some Adult and Kid Friendly Apps?
I think I'm gonna use the potato/mac/coleslaw that comes with the hero and I will nix the paste salad.
Now what type of hero? Half chicken cutlet half italian? or whole chicken?
Should I add seafood? Maybe as apps? Baked Clams, Shrimp etc?

Everything Sounds fun!
App ideas.... Melon wrapped with prosciutto Veggie & dip Caprese skewers (mozzarella ball, cherry Tom, basil leaf) Fruit & cheese skewers (if it's princess theme cut cheese into a star for the ends, so looks like a wand) Cold taco dip

I don't think you need a hero with all of those other main dishes.

Here is a tip...I have to work a potato bar often for events... For butter and sour cream, pre scoop into 2 oz little cups. Or everyone is going to have a hand on a dirty scooper. Sounds great
