I always have luck with the Pillsbury quiche recipes -- sometimes even just as a base for the egg/dairy and then I add my own cheese/meat/veg.

Quiche recipe
I usually throw what ever last nights veggies were in with some eggs, milk, cheese and bake til firm.
My last quiche was roasted asparagus and broccoli (made in the oven the night before with olive oil, onions and garlic)... so Delic!
I don't ever use a pie crust - when DH was doing atkins years ago - I started lining the pan with slices of ham - or nothing at all and I like it much better than the soggy crust you can sometimes get.
My next one will be made tonight with the left overs of my Brussel Sprout Gratan I made last night... Yum!
