Sports Bra for big breasts
Is there a sports bra that can keep DD's from bouncing?
I always had little boobies, but then I had a baby and am still nursing. Suddenly I'm a 34DD! I really want to resume high impact exercises like jump roping because I've still got 15 lbs to lose, but I'm afraid if I don't use the right bra they will get saggy. I've asked my larger chested friends, but all avoid high impact exercise due to the bounce.
Can you help me?

Try moving comfort (www.movingcomfort.com)- they have a few styles that have a front release that I used for nursing. Try jubralee or fiona.

i have to say Old Navy's new Active line is awesome!!! Get the v-neck push up. i wear a 38DDD and wear a size Large. It's tight, but holds me in real well. And it's like $10!!!!

Re: Sports Bra for big breasts
I wore a bra with a separator/stitching in the middle with a clasp back. Because if it's tight enough to control them, I'm going to pull a muscle trying to get that damn thing over my head!
Then I have tank tops that have a bra built in, and I'd wear one of those on top as well.
I also avoid high impact but you can still do things like high knees and swinging a kettle bell to get the cardio in with strength at the same time.

Re: Sports Bra for big breasts
I've always had to wear two bras. I picked up a nike one that was good (one size smaller) and then I usually wear one of those running tanks with the built in bra. The girls stay in place LOL
Make sure if you are nursing that you work out right after a feeding. If you do it when you are engorged you may lose some of the liquid gold lol and it may be uncomfortable as well.

I agree. These work well for me too and they have pretty colors!

Re: Sports Bra for big breasts
I do Champion High Impact (the one with cup sizes and underwire) with a Nike regular sports bra on top.
I took my giant pregnant boobs running today and it still did the trick.
