almond milk substitute
I do not have almond milk for this baking recipe..can I use soy milk and a little almond extract??

I've never had soy milk, so I'm not sure of the consistency difference. But I don't find almond milk to really have an almond taste, the way extract does. So I don't think you need to add that. whatchya making

I think soy milk would be fine. Almond milk doesn't have a strong almond taste.
