Increase child's weight
What have you mammas done or given to help your children increase weight? My baby is 12 months old and such a picky eater and not a big eater regardless? Need some new ideas

Increase child's weight
When you get them, let me know. My DD is 17 months and is very picky. She would eat junk food all day everyday if I let her. I make sure she gets two pouches of plum baby food daily which she loves so at least I know she is getting some vegetables and fruit. She does love toast, pasta and macaroni and cheese. All carbs but at least she is getting the pouches on top of that. My DD is about 20/21 lbs but she is very active so I cannot imagine her putting a lot of weight on even though I would like her to.

Re: Increase child's weight
If you find the miracle cure please let me know. DS is 18 months old and an awful eater. Some days he likes somethings other days he won't touch it. The ped told me to give him a pediasure once a day to get some nutrients into him. Other than that I just keep trying with different foods all day!

Re: Increase child's weight
DD is and was the same way. We did pediasure Also kept her on the whole milk longer than 2 years old to keep her fat intake up. Healthy fats like avocado are good too- IF you can get them to eat it. I find that you can hide avocado in smoothies and if you put lots of fruits they won't even taste it. I cook her eggs in olive oil to add some fat as well.
