I would not.....to me it has more of a spicy taste than a pasta sauce taste.

I would google sloppy joe casserole. I've been seeing a lot of different recipes lately. I would go with something like pasta or cornbread and cheddar.

I personally don't see why not. But I like spicey, so to use up the left over, I would. If you have a lot, even use elbow or bow tie & use cheddar, so it's more of a taco-bake. Add some beans & corn too.

I wouldn't do baked ziti, but you can do a different casserole/bake. Add some elbow macaroni and cheddar chesse on top.

Yeah, like this, and substitute the ricotta for cream cheese! Like a southwestern version of baked ziti.

I would say you could, just don't call it ziti. Call it's "Joe's ziti" or something.

I ended up doing this meal...

Came out OK, I added extra cheddar cheese then broiled at the end and it worked well. Kids ate it!
