Fresh Caught Salmon
My uncle went to Canada to go salmon fishing and he gave us a couple of salmon steaks. I always make the same salmon dishes and I'm looking to try something new. Does anyone have any recipes that they like?

keep it simple.. salt pepper oregano. also ginger with honey and soy sauce

I agree with simple. Olive oil and garlic. Lemon when done.
