Pulled Pork
What cut of pork do you use when you only want to make a small amount of pulled pork? I'm serving pulled pork and pulled chicken Sunday for about 8 people, so I don't need a ton. I usually use the pork picnic shoulder, which makes a huge amount.

Re: Pulled Pork
Pork butt and pork shoulder are the same cut, I believe.
When I make a small amount, I just cut the shoulder in half.

Yes, they are the same cut. And I do the same, cut it to the size I need.

Pulled Pork
I always use country style ribs. Cook them in a crockpot with root beer. Drain and pull the meat off the bones. Add whatever BBQ sauce you like and heat until hot. So good!
