Running my first 5K!
I have been doing Couch to 5K for awhile and signed up for the Seatuck 5K this weekend! I'm so nervous!
The only thing I'm worried about is I've been jogging with the jogging stroller and DS the entire time. I just hope I do ok without it!

Good luck!
I would think you'll love running solo & feel free!!!!!!
I ran only a few times with a non-jogging double stroller (because I had to get short runs in during my 1/2 training) & when I went back to just me, it's like I had a new appreciation for running alone again!

Running my first 5K!
So I had a great time today! 50 minutes exactly, so definitely need to improve it. Also walked more than I would've liked, I think not having the stroller threw my rhythm off a bit since I always run with it, but I finished with a smile on my face! And now I'm excited to do the next 5K!
