Some of the bakery depts at grocery stores will have them. If you can use a smaller one, you can ask Panera for one of the bread bowls they use for soup.

I usually buy a loaf of round bread from Stop and Shop and cut out a circle on top/pull out pieces of the middle. I use that as the bowl and use the pieces I pulled out for dipping.

I always just get them in the supermarket. My fave is a sourdough round but if they don't have it I just buy whatever round they have.

This is what I do! I generally like the sourdough rounds. It works well if you are just looking for one bread bowl to serve dip from (I always serve spinach dip this way with bread pieces on the side).
