ANother make ahead question...
Can I make root veggies that morning or night before and then just reheat that day?
Also - what about Burnt Broccoli?
From what I'm reading almost everything can be made ahead and reheated, right? Except the turkey:)

ANother make ahead question...
I would avoid making any cruciferous veggies (broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, etc.) in advance-- I think it gets funky. But, I do think you can prep it and have it ready to go. Root veggies are fine to do the day before.
