Re: Oil to Gas Conversion
We used burner king . Workers were good but customer service wasn't great. They just assumed we knew things and there was def a lack of communication in their office.

Oil to Gas Conversion
Burner King was priced right but working with them was a nightmare. I also thought their workers (and believe me, we saw a LOT of them) were clueless.

Oil to Gas Conversion
We used burner King with no problem at all. They were polite, completed the work quickly and cleaned up everything very well. We have not had any issues with the new heating system since we had it installed last Fall

Re: Oil to Gas Conversion
We just had Burner king do our conversion. They came on Monday for estimate and did install on Saturday. So far very happy . The guys that came cleaned up everything and didn't leave till each radiator was bled and working. The only problem I had was trying to schedule a appt for estimate. They also gave us the best price and we are getting $1000.00 back from national grid.

Got a quote from them and found them to be higher than most.

Oil to Gas Conversion
Used Burner King twice - once in our first house and then again in our second. We had great experiences both times -- the guy who was helping us even got Nat Grid to move up the date of our gas so he could install sooner. My parents used them around the same time as our second time and had issues. I think it's very hit or miss.

You did not have gas line in your house, right? We are going to convert but have gas line so I hear it is cheaper--anyone know how much that costs? thanks
