How much does conversion from oil to gas heat add to the value of a house?
Interested in a house where they converted to gas after the most recent Nassau County assessment. I'm just trying to figure out how much, if anything, should be added to the market value for this.

not sure, but not having to pay for oil deliveries IMO would be a huge bonus!

I don't know what it actually does, but if it were me, I'd add $10-$15K to the value. It's usually an almost $10K process and IMO gas is so much better - esp. nowadays.
