Christmas brunch menu?

Anyone care to share their menu? In need of ideas! Made sausage strata and cinnamon French toast bake last year. I've also done quiche and Belgian waffles in the past. It's for a small group.

Looking for some new ideas. Anyone have amazing recipes to share?

Christmas brunch menu?

I love monkey bread, so good! Also have made a casserole that is eggs, hash browns, cheese - I forget the exact recipe but it was delicious. We always have bacon, sausage, hash browns. Apple cinnamon pancakes.

We do monkey bread, eggs & bacon, croissants, fresh fruit. Last year I made a cream cheese and strawberry type french toast but we were not a fan. Thinking of getting bagels this year, just not sure the bagels stores will be open

Re: Christmas brunch menu?

I do a small Christmas brunch every Christmas morning - just for DH, me, DS, and my parents.

Last year, I made Ina Garten's baked blintzes with blueberry sauce... definitely a rich, special occasion type of dish. You can make it in advance. It was really good - everyone liked it.

I've also made baked almond French toast with blueberry maple syrup. You bake individual pieces of French bread (it's not a casserole). That was also delicious -- I got the recipe from a cooking class I took years ago at the Viking Store/Loaves & Fishes in Garden City (now closed). I would be happy to dig up the recipe.

I've also made individual eggs in a prosciutto cup (made in muffin tins). Can use ham, bacon, whatever to line the muffin cup, fill with hash browns and cheese or creamed spinach, or whatever you want, and then crack and egg on top and bake the whole thing.

I saw Giada DeLaurentiis recently made a breakfast lasagna on her show for Christmas morning. Would like to do that for a savory dish, but she used homemade crepes, which is way too labor intensive for me... have to see if I could sub something else.

The casserole sounds yummy! I'm going to google for recipes.
