"crunchy chicken" - basically chicken tenders coated in a mix of stuff. i use some french's fried onions when i have them, but i'm all out, so i think my mix will be black pepper and sea salt chips, panko, seasoned bread crumbs, herbs, and spices. sometimes instead of coating it in egg i coat it in bbq sauce so get the crumbs to stick. haven't decided what i am doing yet tonight.

i have some asparagus so i will prob make that, along with some couscous.
