Pant legs....anyone else have this problem?

Pant legs....anyone else have this problem?
I notice that the bottom pants cuff is always pulling....and it only happens on my dominant side. 
I have so many pairs that I need to get sewn.

YES! I have this problem toO! At one point I thought it was the quality of my pants. lol

I don't really wear pants that aren't jeans, but this happens to my husband--always on one side.

I just went through my pants and I have about 5 pair of fairly new pants this has happened to.
If I drop them off at the cleaners, how much is the going rate to get them sewn back up?
