Bottle to sippy; formula to milk Help

My lo will be 1 on march 1. I'm so confused on what we should be doing with her in terms of transitioning from bottle to sippy as well as formula to milk.
The sippy cup probably won't be a huge transition because lo drinks her formula out of the sippy atleast once a day. Question is - should I be putting all her regular bottles in the sippy now and ditch bottles completely?
Next (and probably most importantly) how do I transition formula to milk. Currently she gets 22 oz a day of formula but I know once she's 1 this will turn to milk. Will she can 22oz milk just like she does her formula or is milk just going to be a supplement to her table food? The whole table food thing drives me crazy too because once she's off the formula I'm going to be nervous about how much, what etc.. To give her of food. Advice?

She'll have roughly the same amount of milk for awhile. There are different ways you can transition, but my ped suggested replacing 1-2 oz of formula with 1-2 oz of milk every 3 days or so. As far as bottles- DD still takes her milk in the bottle at almost 16 months. My ped sees no rush to transition fully at this point. Good luck!

no advice on the sippy... dd is 14.5 months and drinks water from her sippy through the day and drinks milk out of bottles 2x a day.

when I was getting ready to transition, I asked the ped, and he said she will drink the same amount of milk, as she does formula.
I replaced 2oz of formula with milk, in each bottle, for a week.
then 4oz for a week.
then 6oz for a week.
then all 8oz.
I went a little slower than normal probably, bc she had a milk allergy prior, and I was nervous. you can take each step at 3 days or so if lo is doing well and you're comfy.

We switched one of my twins at 11 months. If you feel DD is ready go for it. Just slowly do it with 1 ounce milk with the formula....do for few days if she is ok then do 2 oz milk etc.

I don't see any reason to transition her to milk AND a sippy at the same time. She's still young enough to take a bottle.

We just started transitioning DS (he's 11.5 months old) by replacing 2 oz of his formula with whole milk in each bottle. I want to finish the formula we have before completing the transition, so we'll prob do it slowly over the next 2 weeks. He drinks water from his sippy at each meal, but we still have him on bottles for formula. No plans to change that for maybe 4-6 more months.

We used bottles that you could change the regular nipple to a nuby type one. At first DD didn't like it but I held her like I would as if it were a regular bottle. She had just started holding her bottles on her own and I guess it was a comfort thing for me to hold her while she drank out of the new nipple. And yes, we replaced every bottle with the nuby nipple. Now we use NUBY sippy cups and I'm planning to switch to the harder spout soon.

As for switching to milk I started at about 11 months and went slowly. She was still in Gentlease formula so I didn't want to upset her tummy. I made her bottles with 2 oz milk and 4 oz formula for a week and each week added more milk. She drank the same amount of milk and then quickly decreased her amount of milk. Make sure you offer plenty of water because we had some constipation issues since she wasn't taking as many fluid.
