One twin head down the other breech
Not happy. Baby B was transverse now she is breech. Was told I need to decide in two weeks (34w) if I want to plan a C. My whole pregnancy I have stated I don't want one unless absolutely necessary. My hi risk dr said she would not do a breech delivery but other drs might if they are on call. Anyone experience their baby turning this late when there is more than one in there??? She said she doesn't recommend going vaginally for A in case B doesn't turn and end up with an emergency C. I don't know what to do!

I don't have experience with this, but I know my acupuncturist was able to change the position of breech babies. If you did acupuncture I would look into that. There are also some yoga moves that can help.

Re: One twin head down the other breech
I'm due w/twins and the fact that they told me that I could end up recovering from a V-Delivery & C-Section sealed the deal for me. Schedule C-Section.
Praying that they get into position for you, and you're my hero BTW.

No hero. Just really don't want a C. I have many ideas in my head(haha) and that's not one of them. Just thought with having two, breast feeding, a dog and stairs that recovery would suck more with a C. Plus that means my MIL will likely stay longer lol shhhh don't tell DH I said that!!

This is what my doc and I discussed too. He was like if A is in position and B is breech, "we'll talk". In the end, they both were breech and we scheduled the c but I went a few days early due to pre e. I think it really comes down to how comfortable your doc is with that type of birth.
eta i had a csection, great recovery and im still nursing at 13 months! it can be done!

Re: One twin head down the other breech
I don't have experience with this, but if I were in that situation, I would schedule the c for as late as they let you, and hope that the other baby moves into position before then.
I would not want to labor and then wind up with a c, if it can be avoided. I was induced (8 days past my due date), and labored for almost an entire day, and then had a c section. My c-section recovery was awesome. This time I'm opting for a repeat c instead of a v-Bac bc I don't want a repeat of what happened last time.
Good luck! Hope your LO gets into position for you!!
ETA, I got to BF my DD in recovery and went on to nurse her until she was 27 months and I got pregnant with #2. My c did not effect my BFing at all (but of course, I only had 1 baby to deal with). And I also had stairs in my home, they weren't an issue for me.
