Bloodwork back- TSH slightly high
I got my bloodwork back from the RE. AMH was 3.3 which they said was good. The bad news is that my TSH levels came back at 3.1. The nurse said that some docs would consider my TSH to be in the normal range but they have stricter guidelines and would like it to be 2.5 or under. I'm going to retake the bloodtest this week, when I go in for my HSG.
Has anyone had this happen? It's odd that I would fall into hypothyroidism because I'm actually considered very thin. Losing weight isn't really a reasonable option. I've had many bloodtests done before and never had this come up. Has anyone had their TSH come in high and be surprised by it?

Bloodwork back- TSH slightly high
Just got mine back 3.31. I'm not overweight just a few extra pounds from meds. My cycle was cancelled bc of this. This is ver unusual for me as well.

Re: Bloodwork back- TSH slightly high
Same thing happened to me. Just keep in mind it does not mean you have hypothyroidism b/c your levels are within the normal range but not what doctors like for ttc. My endo would not have put me on synthroid if I was not seeing an re and ttc. When i conceived my DD 3 years ago I did not take thyroid meds while cycling. I eventually conceived after 2 rounds of ivf. This time i took synthroid prior to stimming in hopes it would be my magic ticket. I also weigh less now than before I conceived DD.
