Crock pot spaghetti and meatballs- so easy. I cut the squash in half (or quarters if it doesn't fit) and place in the slow cooker. Add half a bag of meatballs, we love the sutton and dodge refrigerated ones at Target or I'll use homemade frozen) and a jar of sauce. Let it cook 3 hours on high. Take out the squash and shred it then top with sauce and meatballs along with some cheese.
My other go to is to roast in the oven and make beef chili to put on top.

Re: Share your spaghetti squash recipes
you could throw grilled chicken on top with a little bit of marinara sauce, and add some other roasted veggies like zucchini.

Re: Share your spaghetti squash recipes
I have been making it with turkey sausage, peppers, and onions. I sautee the onions, peppers and sausage in a pan with salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil and at the end, add in a little chicken broth. Bake the spaghetti squash as I normally would and then toss the sausage and peppers in with the spaghetti squash. DH even eats it this way and doesnt complain.

Re: Share your spaghetti squash recipes
After baking, I shred it and mix it up with butter, a pinch of salt, and grated romano. It's my favorite way to eat it.

Re: Share your spaghetti squash recipes
I just posted about this on FB. i want a healthier version just the buttery / salt & pepper and the red sauce (yuck) typical recipes. I was told to search pinterest. I found a typical garlic and oil (i water it down with chicken broth) with it! with shrimp! YUMMY!
just a suggestion to search pinterest...

I usually make mine with ground turkey, red sauce, and some onions.
