How to secure bottom of pvc fence
We have a 6ft pvc fence around our whole backyard. But, there are a few spots where the bottom of the fence is a few inches above the dirt. Those spaces look big enough for our new puppy to get out.
Does anyone have a suggestion for covering up those holes? Add more dirt? Or is there some sort of striping I can put at the bottom to close up the spaces?

If you just need a temporary fix until the puppy gets bigger, I would slide a brick/paver stone underneath to close the gap. Chances are that will be heavy enough that the puppy won't be able to drag it away.
