what a pain in the....
I have been trying to schedule an HSG ALL day to the point where people at work are like WHY do you keep walking away on your phone.
The problem is that I need to do it early next week, I am a new patient and there are no Drs that will be in the offices convenient to me. I can go further away but the times are SUPER early, and I'd have to leave work early, which is tough because I have another appt next week to leave early for.
Still waiting to hear back from a couple offices.....
Also, other Drs that are supposed to give me clearance havent called back yet.
WTH!

Are you at LI IVF? see if they can do a FemVue instead which is a similar test without the Xray. The LI IVF Dr's perform that test.

Have you tried calling Zwanger Pesiri? They've got multiple offices, but you can just call the main number and they'll tell you what days each office does the HSG. They were very helpful when I was scheduling mine. I was originally supposed to do it in one office, but AF hadn't stopped in time, so they were able to switch me to a different day and office, so I wouldn't have to wait another cycle.

is this more or less invasive? I wonder why they didnt suggest this.... I may have to do it anyway depending on timing! i dont want to wait a whole month!!

Yes, there are only a few that do it and each is only open until 3PM. One has a separate scheduling person, waiting for her to call back.
I am going to try medical arts radiology too, they have an office that may help... depending again on the hours.

I can't say personally since I never did the HSG, but from my research online and from what my Dr's say it is. The Femvue is a bit uncomfortable more like cramping but it was bearable.
I would talk with your Dr. and see if you can do that instead. Good Luck!

I had mine done at good Sam hospital radiology. They worked with my schedule pretty well. Just has to be at certain time of cycle. I forget when

I agree, I had mine done at Zwanger Persiri and was told to come in anywhere between CD5-10. They were great and like the PP stated, they have multiple locations which is convenient
