Resume help

Hi all. This is a long shot but I figured I'd give it a shot.

My hubby was recently laid off and I'm also looking for a job. I have a sorority sister who is in HR in his field who was able to review his resume. Him and I are in different fields.
Since there are a few HR people here, does anyone have experience reviewing resumes for people in the metal health profession? I'd love to be able to have someone look it over as well.

Mental health?

I'm a LMSW and have lots of mental health experience.

My advice is to kind of tweak each resume to match the job descriptions.

A lot of programs have specific requirements in terms of skills and I've been told to add stuff so it matches up exactly.

I definitely have the experience they are looking for, but do not always word it so it matches exactly......

Let me know if that makes sense.....I just had to do this for a PT role I am considering.
