Are shorter periods a bad sign?
I am 9/10 dpo and having horrible cramps last night and today at work. Even had a dizzy spell. No spotting and cervix still feels high. I tested with FRER and BFN which I obviously predicted. With my other BFPs, I had a light line at this point so I'm not thinking I'm pregnant.
I just have noticed my period coming earlier the last few cycles and I'm getting concerned as to what is going on. Could this mean something bad? I'm happy if I get it now so it will be over for the Communion but I'm wondering if my hormones are getting worse after these failed IVFs. Any supplements to lengthen cycles?

I have no answer. I know that they say acupuncture can lengthen cycles. Maybe he can recommend supplements?
I have noticed that since starting all of this my cycles are still the same length wise 30-33 days. But AF itself is almost non existent most of the time. Super light CD1, medium CD2 and by CD3 just spotting. Though I have been extra crampy the past few cycles. I wonder if that has anything to do with all the meds or maybe the cycle just changed.

I think the meds mess up your cycle initially but should reset within a few months.

Acu def helps my cycles and oxygenates the blood but it is super heavy for me when it comes. I can talk to Andy about trying to get my hormones in check. My body reacts terrible to fertility meds.

I have short cycles and a short LP... I have tried a Vitamin B Complex and that didn't work. I think the only thing that will work for me is going on progesterone supps, unfortunately.

A shorter cycle isn't bad per se. Is your LP still the same? Then I wouldn't worry.
My cycles were almost always 28 days and then every now and then a 21 day cycle would creep in. Since having my DS I have more of the 21 day ones but no matter what my LP is always the sme.
Dr said it was fine.

The length of your cycle is not important. It's the length of you LP that matters. If your cycles are getting shorter, as long as you're Oing earlier, then it doesn't matter.

My LP is generally 12-14 days so I think I am okay then.
