Thanking a teacher.
DD is in second grade and she and her classmates have had the same amazing teacher for the past two years. I always buy her gifts for xmas, end of year etc but this year some of the moms and I were trying to come up with an idea to thank her..maybe a thank you party in their classroom where we would bring in some snacks, treats etc but not sure how to get that sorted with hijacking her schedule, classroom etc...
Would love to do something special for her as she really has been awesome and we will all miss her so much next year.
Thanks

I like the idea of the note, but you could also send in lunch.
I did pinwheels and salads for DS team around the holidays.
It was also very affordable.....I used Stop and Shop.

This! So many parents say how great I am and how happy they are but I doubt they ever take it to the next step and talk to an administrator. Definitely send a letter!
I think the lunch idea is also great. You could order in lunch or get a GC for a restaurant near the school. Also a Starbucks GC is always a good little gift!
