Has anyone used her? I follow her on Feb and love some of her work. Her studio is nice also

I tried to email her. She got back to me a mth later. So then when we were exchanging emails back and forth she would answer me a week later. I personally don't like that, if you have a business you should be able to answer emails especially since email is everywhere now. On ur phone, iPad whatever...
My friend used her and did not have a good experience with her. She did not like the pics and she even stopped payment on the check she gave her bc the pics were so bad.
With that said I use Amanda saldarelli. She does her work out of her house and she is AMAZING!!! I have used her twice with my daughter and now I am using her for newborn pics!

You're in Brooklyn, right? If you want, I can give you the info for the photographer we used with DD and have booked again for this baby's newborn photos. She's on SI, but will travel to you in Brooklyn. She's wayyyyy more reasonably priced than the people everyone on here recommends.

I used her twice. Her work is nice, but I find she doesn't really have that warmth that I keep hearing other photographers have. Almost like she was uncomfortable around kids. I used her for a cake smash and a mini shoot. The mini shoot she rushed me like crazy and when I got the pics out of 12 there was only one I would consider for my Xmas card.
Oh and with the mini shoot she took FOREVER to email the pics. And I saw on her fb wall people complaining. She did apologize but bc she took so long my cards went out the week of Christmas. I'm very laid lack but that irritated me.
At the cake smash she just didn't bother interacting with my son. I hear all these stories about how photogs are so great with kids. And I was hoping she would be that way but she wasn't. As a result I got ok pics. I think she has to work a bit more on professionalism, in a few years she will be an incredible photog.

I used Rachel and loved her! She was VERY patient with my DD and got some wonderful pics of her. We ended up spending over 4 hours at her studio because DD was being fussy. We even sat and had lunch with her!
