Hey girls,
My husband has to go for one. Does all Quest labs do this? I can't get anyone on the phone of course its all automated.

Sorry to hijack, but I actually had a similar question.
If we are the ones who want it done, will insurance cover if I just make an apt with a urologist or do I need to be referred for fertility issues?

I would call your insurance. I'm sure it depends on your insurance, eye etc. Ours was a referral from an RE.

We had a referral from our regular gyno. We got it done before seeing an RE.

Just recently DH had to go. He called customer service for Quest and Lab Corp. Both places said they don't anymore. (Samples were being dropped off and weren't processed in time, so it ended up being a waste for the patient)
Best bet is a fertility center. He went to the IVF facility in Melville.

DH went to Sunrise Medical Lab in Hicksville. Not every Sunrise Medical does this though. You have to call and schedule it.
