Please tell me this is a good sign
I have been very actively looking for a job - I miss working so much!
I went on an interview last friday. I got the interview through an agency that found my resume on a job search site. The person I interviewed with is on vacation this week. On monday, I received a call from the recruiter letting me know the manager was traveling this week but did like me. They also confirmed my salary requirements and asked if I had anything else in the works right now. This is good right? Or is the recruiter just trying to keep me interested?
I want this job, not just because it's a job but because of the opportunity it presents. The pay is great and the manager seems great to work for.

While it sounds promising, I would still keep looking until you know.
It's hard to read many employers.
At my last interview, I thought for sure I bombed it, and was also told she had about 10 other people to interview. And I knew the Director....
I ended up getting the job so you never know....
