Seeking 2 BR in Selden
A family I know is looking for 2 BR app for house to rent in the Selden area. The family of 3 is well respected and needs a place by 7/31. Landlord gave very late notice.

Selden only? My mom owns a condo in Medford that my DH and I currently live in. We will hopefully be closing on our home soon. Not sure if she will plan to rent or sell, but I can definitely check if interested. If she has a nice family lined up she might be more inclined to rent it again.
