Part time work
Does anyone work part time either at home or out of home? What kind of job is it? I would love to be able to bring some money home but not sure it would be enough to make a difference after paying a sitter. Does anyone do retail part time?!!? I left my job about a year ago when I was pregnant with my twins and it is so hard to be a stay at home mom financially!

I actually work full time in retail and I think that's your best way to go. You can do 2 nights and a half day on the weekends usually starting around $10/hr. Lots of moms do it during school hours too. Just pick a store you like to normally shop at so at least you get some perks

I do retail weekends, when DH is home. It's not much, but it helps.

Part time work
I had the option to work at home when DS was born. I tried it and it was the hardest thing ever. Now he is older and I can do it a little and at night. But I choose to just work pt in the office. I have an arrangenent with another mom - she watches DS, I watch their kids - so no child care costs. It works for us. I would recommend looking for something out of the house.

Re: Part time work
I would be interested in looking into a work from home too. I saw an ad for the u.s. career Institute but I think you just train at home, not work from home.
