It's not as bad or annoying as it seems. Just try and do it within the same hour everyday, and obviously as soon as u wake up. I was so against it, but after trying for like 9 months I started temping and got preggo the second month! Goodluck!!

I had no idea either and I just got my BFP my first month temping! Just enter the temperature into Fertility Friend as soon as you take it in the morning and you can see your chart, it's really very interesting. GL!!!
