2nd opinion? Need help

Ok lifamilies, need some advice... Fell at work last Thursday and hit my spine on a filing cabinet... It bruised SUPER bad but I could walk and bend... It was super sore. I went to my primary care physician, he looked at it, pressed around and said I was ok... I asked at what point should I be worried? What signs should I look for, he says if the bruise doesn't go away, come back... Ok well it still is super sore and very stiff, the bruise has faded but I'm a little concerned that maybe something more could be wrong... I've always just listened to what drs told me... Never questioned their diagnosis but today after trying to go shopping I literally felt like I got hit by a bus. My back hurt so bad... And still does! How do I go about getting a second opinion? Who do I go to? What do I do?bim in eastern Suffolk.

Hope you are feeling better.....

You might need some physical therapy.
Years ago when I fell and bruised my spine my dr sent me for massage therapy 2/3 times a week.....after a couple of weeks I was better.

Also if you were hurt at work I hope you filed an accident report.
