Did you have this for all your pregnancies? was it the same? or different?

Two previous pregnancies both boys no line. This one I haven't popped yet I'm 12 weeks.

I had it with DD1starting around 17 weeks. I'm 28 weeks with DD2 and don't have 1.

I had one with twin DD's but not with this baby.
But, I still had an innie belly button with the twins, and now it's almost flat.
