Potty training toilet
Did you potty train using a little child potty, the regular toilet with those donuts, or just the regular toilet?
Also if you used a little child potty, are they still using that or did they transition to a regular toilet?

Potty training toilet
My first used the regular toilet with one of those seats on top, at 27 months. My next two just used the regular toilet, at 24 months and 25 months.

Potty training toilet
I used a little potty for my version of the three-day method (so he could run himself to the potty and sit down without help when he felt the urge) at 24 months, and then right after that my son also started using the big potty with no donut, and a big potty with a donut with no problem. I also worried ahead of time whether I would need to transition him to other types of potties or to public restrooms, but he surprised me by not caring where/how he went.

Potty training toilet
We had the child potty - he had no interest in using it and went straight to the regular potty. We still use a donut for poop though although he could probably go without it. The child potty is also a step stool so we use that so he could reach the regular toilet without having to stand on his tip toes.

Potty training toilet
We had a little potty and a ring for our toilet. We let him choose and he ended up wanting to use the big potty!

Potty training toilet
Never used a little potty for either kid. We bought a toilet seat that has a toddler seat built in. It's great.

Potty training toilet
My dd is 11 months and loves the fisher price singing potty. It sings whenever she pees and she claps for herself.
