CO for a permanent gazebo

Any idea how much it will run to get the CO for a permanent gazebo ( its a decently large structure) ? The taxes will go up for this too right?

Does the gazebo already exist without a C/O? If so, the owner is probably already being taxed for it. In my experience, any additions or improvements that are visible from the outside are factored into property taxes, regardless of whether or not these improvements are legal.

As far as cost, it depends on several factors, including whether a variance is needed, which is sometimes the case if a structure is too close to the property line or too much of the property is covered. It also depends on whether you need to hire people, expediters, architect, etc.
