update
I am so happy we went to the fertility dr yesterday for our 6 week check up but its the last time and I am getting transferred to my gyn so happy we saw the heart beat yesterday which was so cool. I am still not telling anyone until after our first trimester. But the only thing that is bad is my morning, noon and night sickness which is so bad I can not take it.

It was so exciting to get the news that we were done with the fertility doctor. It felt more real then. CONGRATS! Hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months.
