i know its a dumb question, but is it ok
I never did bc I was always so nervous. My acupuncturist said there is a trigger point in your ankle that isn't good. Maybe you could, just not get the massage.

I thought I read that on here once, I was going to do for my birthday Monday, I took off from work:( I don't have them often

My mom painted my toenails while I was on my 2 day bed rest after my IVF. But I probably wouldn't have gotten a pedicure.
