Boiler issue
We have a brand new boiler and 2 heating zones. One of our zones is working fine and the other is barely working at all- the radiators are cold and the pipe leading to the boiler is lukewarm at most. Everything is turned on and the light is on indicating that zone 1 is on- but nothing is coming out. I'm cold
Any ideas?

What kind of radiators do you have? If they are old fashioned you might need to bleed the radiators to get the air out

This is what I was going to say.
Or maybe your thermostat is broken.
If you have a brand new boiler, you can always call and get them back in. They should've tested it when the boiler was installed, but maybe something isn't connected properly.

Thanks! I gave up and called the guy who did the conversion. He is coming on Tuesday....he said there may be air in the pipe. He did run both zones after the conversion and they worked then. Looks like I'll be wearing eskimo gear until Tuesday!
